CUBA: Beef from animals under 30 months of age are acceptable.
Although relations between the United States and Cuba remain freezing cold
on the political front, things appear to be thawing out between the two
countries regarding meat trade. USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service
published the export requirements for beef and beef products to Cuba on Nov.
